Margaritas machine parts division in Israel is making machines for military units in Lebanon.
The Israeli machine-parts manufacturer said it has expanded its operations in Lebanon to make machine parts for Israeli forces.
The division is part of the Israeli military’s Materiel Authority.
It said its Israeli-made parts for military equipment are being shipped to Israel for use in Lebanese army units.
“We have established a special relationship with the Lebanese Army and we will continue this relationship until the end of the hostilities,” the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Israel and Lebanon are at loggerheads over their long-running war, which began in 2006 and has killed more than 10,000 Palestinians.
The IDF and Hezbollah both say the war has been launched to prop up the impoverished country and that they seek to eliminate its military-industrial complex.
The United States has urged Israel to cease all hostilities and return to the negotiating table.
